    Amtronix Instruments, Inc. guarantees our instruments meet or exceed the manufactures original specifications. We spend a considerable amount of effort to insure our test equipment is reliable and dependable. We do not resale any equipment that has a reputation for poor reliability. Precautions are taken to prevent any know common failures with certain models. Our warranty covers equipment electronic and mechanical failures that occur with normal use of the instrument. These failures may include semiconductor, component, alignment, power supply failure, microcomputer failure, etc. If a failure does occur, the customer must contact Amtronix Instruments, Inc. and report the failure within the warranty period.
    At the discretion of Amtronix Instruments, Inc., if a failure occurs, we will repair, replace or refund money for the instrument and assume no other liability for product malfunctions. Repairs generally take 3-5 days but will be limited to a maximum of 30 days or 60 days if a repair part has been ordered. The customer is responsible for paid shipping to Amtronix Instruments, Inc. and Amtronix... is responsible for paid return shipping. Customers outside the USA are responsible for warranty shipping to and from their company.
    The warranty does not cover failure due to: excessive voltages or currents put into instrument connectors, ports or AC / DC power inputs, excessive RF power into connectors, lightning or high voltage to power supply or instrument,  mishandling of equipment, dropping or excessive forces to equipment, CRT burns, Broken CRT or display glass, broken knobs, cosmetic failures or any misuse of the instrument.
